yesterdays intake

breakfast - clif bar and an apple

lunch - baked tortialla with poached egg, salad, hummus, carrots, broccoli 

dinner - tofu skewers with peppers and some salad witih sweet corn

snacks (i had a lot) - peanut butter smoothie, grapes, apple with peanut butter, a kiwi, lots of berries, tangerina and trail mix 

i snaked way too much yesterday, i think it was because of my really small brekkie but i was just lazy about making something yesterday haha

workout was a fast 6 km
